- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your order ships.

 

Processing times may be longer during high‑volume periods or product launches.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

 

3. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Destination

- Package weight

- Selected shipping method

 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

 

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

 

ExoRay Leathers is not responsible for:

- Delays caused by incorrect addresses

- Lost packages due to address errors

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

 

Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

 

If your package is lost or stolen:

- Contact the carrier first to open a claim

- Then email us at support@exorayleathers.com and we will assist where possible

 

We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier‑confirmed deliveries.

 

7. Pre‑Orders & Backorders

 

If an item is marked as pre‑order or backorder:

- Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page

- Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items may ship together unless otherwise specified
